Everywhere, USA, November 2011— (When you look at the pages of Healthy Newspaper, you will see an ad for a supplement called Prevagen®. Nashville, Tennessee, November 2011 — (We hesitated for a moment about constructing an article about this issue, but since it does involve health and wellness, our ultimate decision was to run it. Please read; you will find it “alarmingly” educational. Ed.)

Everywhere, October 2011— Face-lifts, Botox injections, and other anti-aging procedures are all the rage, yet doctors still haven't developed a surgical procedure that will add years to your life (angioplasty doesn't count).
"With enough money, you can always look good on the outside," says Ralph Felder, M.D., Ph.D., coauthor of The Bonus Years Diet. "Reversing the aging process internally is much more difficult." And while a healthy diet won't necessarily make you look like Demi Moore or Brad Pitt, it can extend your life. www.drchef.com |
